How to make a 5 kg war bot for Robo sumo( part 1) .....

If you are want to make a 5 kg sumo robot for Robo war then you must have to follow some theory. I am telling you the right theory behind those bot's, and with out this theory you are not able to understand that how much power and torque will required to operate your bot. 1. Circumferential Velocity Calculation: If you are think that at first you chose the motor and then you will find wheels for your Bot, then my friend your idea is totally wrong. At first chose your  Bot's wheel then calculate the circumferential velocity. Now, usually in most of cases we are using 2 or 3 inch wheel for our 5 kg war bot. Consider 3 inch wheel and we will get the Circumference is 0.235 metre. Remember this one you have to convert those units in SI. And suppose consider your motor's RPM is 300. Now, Circumferential Velocity of your bot is Vs= (π * D *N)/60 ;        (π * D) is  Circumference of wheel                                                                               =(0.235*300)/

HAL-Rudra

The HAL's ALH-WSI is also famously known as Rudra, ia an armed varient of HAL-Dhruv which is designed and developed by Rotary Wing Research and Design Center (RWR&DC) and manufacture by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

General Characteristics:
The Rudra is operate by 2 crew members one is gunner or co-pilot and another is main pilot. It can carry up to 14 passengers in high density seating. It's Length, Width, and Height is around 15.87 x 3.15 x 4.98 meters. Rudra's maximum takeoff weight is approx 5 to 5.8 tonnes and fuel capacity is 1 tonne.

Propulsion:
Rudra equipped with two HAL Turbomech Shakti-1H turbo shaft engine, that can produce up to 1,432 HP each. It's maximum speed is 240 to 250 km/h and maximum troubling distance is almost 600 km. It's service ceiling is 20,000 ft and maximum rate of climbing is 10.33 m/s .

Armament:
It equipped with one 20 mm M621 cannon on Nexter THL-20 chin-mounted gun turret, one 7.62 mm cabin-mounted machine gun, two shote range air to air missiles, four 70 mm Thales 12-round rocket pods, four anti tank guided missiles for ground operation and two torpedo and 4 anti-ship missiles for Naval operation.

Avionics:
Rudra fit out with RWS-300 radar warning system or LWS- 310 laser warning system, MAW-300 missile approach warning sysrem etc.
